Unlimited vacation, varying insurance options at different prices, in-house gym, snacks, good cold brew on tap, bagels and lox on Fridays, 401k with a very small match. No opportunity for bonuses as far as I am aware and not much of a company culture.
Unlimited time off, huge free gym in the office, the usual lavish array of start-up snacks. Health insurance could be better, though
Great typical start up perks, unlimited PTO. Strong Health coverage but changed several times in my time there which made it a bit complicated
Best thing was free snack and quarterly bonus pay out. Worst thing was 401k was introduced after I joined the company.
Benefits are competitive for a company at Grovo's stage, and have been improving over the past year, with an increased focus on improving work-life balance. Health care coverage is very good and affordable, and the company mandates three days off per quarter (as part of unlimited PTO).
Unlimited paid time off = no time off
The overall package is great, unlimited vacation, healthcare and 401K match. It has everything I need
Great office space with a number amenities, which include a gym, stocked kitchen, ping pong etc. Work hard, play hard mentality.
They have great benefits both 401K as well as great vacation time
Grovo has a very good benefits package, especially considering the relatively small size of the company. Health insurance, including dental and vision, is provided with various levels that accommodate individual needs. We also get 401K. Although this is only a 10% match, it is still very cool that its offered for a company of our size. Vacation and time off is treated in an understanding way, rather than draconian overseeing. As long as done in a responsible manner (proper notice, out of office, etc) the company is very accommodating with vacations and sick days.
