Like most companies in the United States, the vacation time is on the low end compared to most European countries. You get what you get.

Best - Get a floating holiday to use outside of set holiday PTO. Get to carryover 40 hours to next year. Cons - Max out of vacation time after 5 years of employment. Only 3 sick days for the year - no personal days.
