the benefit is not good. low salary. but as a start it will be good. high turnover because of the low compensation

They offer a non high deductible health insurance plan unlike some companies that are strictly offering high deductible plans
Insurance was high and did not cover much and had a cap off that was not worth it always paid too much out of pocket
they offer many benefits, free summerfest tickets, discount tickets to state fair,zoo, movie theatre. they offer hsa, 41k, dental, health. paid time off.
They didn't match the 401k.
They closed the company and put a slew of people out of work.
The benefit package is great, the worst would be the deadlines to get things done to be eligible for insurance coverage and such, but that's the case with all organizations.
They offer many benefits, even to part time employees!
