Very generous once you get above a certain level. Until then it is less than in some of the other companies for which I have worked.

Not at par with the industry standard. I along with many others have let go much stronger PTO plans in lieu of over all benefits package.

You start with 14 days of vacation but it takes 5 years to get the 15th day and 12 years to get the 20th day. There are only 5 sick days per year and you can't bank unused sick days.

You start off with 14 vacation days which is great, but then you need to wait until you are there 5 years to get an additional vacation day. But after that they do accrue much quicker. You have 7 sick days a year which is very nice especially if you have a family to care for.
