The Health insurance had high deductible. The benefit package was very good since became part of a larger group.
For the first 5 years you get 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick time. After that, it bumps to 3 weeks vacation and 1 week sick time. You get 9 paid holidays a year. Not great UMR health insurance. Match first 1% of 401K and half of the rest up to 3%... So not great.

the best benefit would be the vacation days. we get 3 hours every pay period. the worst would be the health insurance if you have a family who depends on it
The best thing is that the company contributes some to your HSA. The bad thing is that they only good option is for the high deductible plan and they no longer offer a co-pay plan.
