There was no vacation benefit in the first year of employment and only only one week in the second year of employment. There were no official paid sick days or personal days, but salaried employees' schedules were typically flexible so you could work around the lack of paid days off when needed. Overall, there were pros and cons to this system.
Vacation....zero days the first year, and only 5 days the second year.
It basically took 2 years to accumulate a week paid vacation. Due to the new law the company has to grant 3 PTO days but it still needs to be accumulated.
2 years worked for 1 week off. .enough said
You earned a week of vacation time after your first year with the company. And after your second year you earn 2 weeks of vacation time. After 10 years you are eligible for 3 weeks of vacation time.
Reasonable vacation time after the first 3 years.
It's okay. Like any other security company.
On;y full time employees get vacation time. Then you only get it after one full year and they generously grant you one week. It is a use or lose before your next anniversary.
