PTO was generous compared to industry standards
Part-timers don't get any benefits
Long waiting periods: 6 months for PTO, 1 year for 401K. The tuition reimbursement sounds like nice perk if you're there for 1 year +. Great medical and dental coverage for almost nothing out of your paycheck.
Great health care and 401k contribution
competitive health insurance options (anthem ppo/kaiser), 401k employer match, and fitness reimbursement is nice. On-site classes available, however only at campus.
You get discounts, access to applying to internships for guess, and bonus.
There are zero company perks. Maybe 4 times a year they bring in a food truck with a free treat and that's it. 401k is a joke. You get 2weeks paid vacation that you have to accrue. Which means if you want to take a vacation towards the beginning of the year you either can't, because you haven't "earned" the hours yet, or you have to use all your personal and floating holidays.
Excellent zero deductible very affordable
around the holidays you get a generous employee discount (percentage off of full price)
I worked at G by Guess and I got 40% off
