best: good health insurance, worst: low 401k match
Best thing: Newly Implemented Volunteer Time Off, Worst Thing: Reorganization of Benefits Policy
Best thing is that the benefits are reasonably priced. The glasses coverage is inferior.
The split of 75/25 for employee contribution could be changed being that the level of benefits decreases every year and the salaries are not as comparable as to other firms.
PTO policy is nice. New employees start with 18 days a year of vacation plus you are given sick and floating holidays.
Good health care but not cheap to employee. Vacation days are good if you have been employed for a long time
Time off not fully utilized, good 401k matching and health benefits
Number of vacation days really bad
The best benefit to me is the Health Insurance
Guggenheim offers a wide variety of the traditional benefits packages. Everything from Health Insurance to contributing to someone's 401k. They also have kitchens with snacks and refreshments. If you are lucky you will get baseball tickets as well
