Best thing about benefits is the PTO and 401k package match. PTO is 3 weeks up to four and 401k match is 4%. Pay sucks for consultants though.
Very Fair Benefits package on all counts. There are better and worse packages out there, but the culture along with the benefits are hard to beat.
Benefits are wonderful! Maternity leave could be better, but everything else is great!

There is a partial matching on 401K contributions, decent medical, dental benefits, there is 3 weeks of vacation after 3 years and 5 sick days. There were also RSUs, but they get smaller every year, and there was 10% bonus, but there were consistent rumors of the bonus getting smaller in the near future.
Their medical benefits were pretty minimal.
