Guidewire provides a well rounded benefits package.
Many benefits have greatly improved over the years. Recently implemented a global Paid Family Leave (16 weeks) and added another holiday in 2021
stocks, flexibility, cafe but need to purchase snacks, back then they used to provide free snacks and bagels.
Vacation was great. 3 weeks PTO plus holiday. And the longer you stay at GW the more PTO you get.
The overall quality of health/dental/vision insurance for the cost is great.
