The company strives to improve benefits every year. It could be a larger 401K match, or the introduction of volunteer days off.
Guidewire has a wonderful overall benefit package. Would love to see tuition reimbursement added.
While the insurance benefits are fairly average for a software company, they offer quite a few options for both medical and voluntary insurance. Overall the benefits package is good. I have made a lot of use of the health insurance this year for myself and my family. It has all gone very smooth.
Solid equity program, some 401(k) matching
The stock bonus offering is the best. The health insurance is pretty good. The 401k match is not the best.
Guidewire regularly gives company stock as a long term incentive
401 k matching contributions are good. Medical insurance plan is good. friday work from home is good.
401k some match, medical, dental, vision
It's a solid Health Plan, it's not as good as other employers, but it's definitely better than some. I'm younger, so just doing an HSA account, and that seems to be working well. 401k is standard employer match after you reach the correct length of employment.
