Guild offers your typical benefits.....medical, dental, vision, 401k, monthly bonuses and many more benefits depending on your personal life situation.
Vacation and sick pay are pretty standard. Insurance is very expensive and decided to go with my spouses insurance since it was much cheaper and better coverage.
None benefits, I was paid hourly and in a contract basis
It covers all the basics and I think I little bit extra. Nothing really stuck out to me about the benefits as weird, unfair, or lacking. Overall I was satisfied with it
Benefits offered are the worst of any company I've worked for - High insurance premiums for high deductible plans;
Several tiers of health insurance to choose from including deductibles as low as $500, 401K match up to 6%, great dental, vision, life, AD&D, and more.
Health benefit cost share was not robust
Average for the industry. No educational or training benefits. No paying for gym memberships unfortunately.
Good paid time off and Holidays, 401k match could be better, Health insurance was a fair cost.
Benefits were standard for the industry and the benefits were effective 30 days after the date of hire.
