“Fantastic. We had a contribution of 6%”
“The health insurance is very expensive. I couldn't afford it for myself and my daughter. We had to switch to my spouses insurance plan so we could have health insurance for the entire family. ”
“5 hrs per pay period bi-weekly ”
Employer match for the 401k!
3 weeks vacation accrual upon hire, but would be nice to be able to borrow against it. 401k 40% match on first 6% with 5 year vesting. Could definitely be more generous here
Was very awesome for a part time person
Benefits match industry standards but does not stand up to other large companies.
Guild offers your typical benefits.....medical, dental, vision, 401k, monthly bonuses and many more benefits depending on your personal life situation.
Vacation and sick pay are pretty standard. Insurance is very expensive and decided to go with my spouses insurance since it was much cheaper and better coverage.
None benefits, I was paid hourly and in a contract basis
It covers all the basics and I think I little bit extra. Nothing really stuck out to me about the benefits as weird, unfair, or lacking. Overall I was satisfied with it
Several tiers of health insurance to choose from including deductibles as low as $500, 401K match up to 6%, great dental, vision, life, AD&D, and more.
Benefits offered are the worst of any company I've worked for - High insurance premiums for high deductible plans;
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
