“The customer service is terrible to begin with, once they realize you are an employee, their attention goes out of the window. There are few exceptions, which is why I put 2 instead of 1 star. So is the quality of their products, their shipping and their attention to detail. But that's regardless of who's the customer. Just lookup what they call them.”
“It is pretty decent although I don't know a ton about health insurance to begin with. I got the HSA plan where they matched a certain amount which came in really handy later on down the road.”
“I can't remember whether you start out at 1 week or 2, but it's based on accrual and goes up at 3 years full-time, and then again at 5 I think. You max out at 5 weeks or something like that.”
