Good 401k plan. They match the first 6% contribution at 100%.

Works for people who are satisfied with getting an average benefit package and are happy with living in their hometown in Savannah. Does not work for people who are not from town or have looked around other OEM's that provide much better packages. Incredibly archaic work policies. No remote work, no work from home. Make sure you get your 40 hours. That is all that they care about.

There is none. This company takes care of you and ensures you are taken care of.

Benefits are competitive within the industry. Good 401k plan. Tuition reimbursement is available after one year of employment. Company is the employer of choice in the area and has a large presence in the area, with many local businesses offering employee discounts.

Covers most things, 401k contribution matching, good healthcare but only in network. Dental plan could be better but it is still ok.

The current benefit package is good but not as good as it once was, especially medical and dental. High out of pocket deductibles which for an average family would never be reached.

Average benefits package overall. High insurance premiums, average 401k match, only 24 hours of PTO which includes sick time. Employee incentive bonus. Great relocation assistance.

The benefits package is pretty good. You start off with 1 week vacation and earn at 6.67 days per month. The 401k was at 4.5. Health insurance was pretty standard.

Good 401k match $/$ 4%. Average insurance, PPO with High deductible and HSA (employee contribute to off-set only part of the deductible)
