Quite good for hours earned per pay period
Paid time off, holidays, and vacations is based on personal time off(PTO), which is accrued by hours worked each week and hire status. Part-time PTO is much less. Not used PTO does not carry over into the following year. PTO can be cashed in, however the actual value is reduced. Unexpected life event, and vacation request for time off, is based on department needs.
