Insurance rates are great, I earn more time off than I can ever take in a year. 401k is lackluster.

The best is the flexible time of the faculty to work. The worst is the health insurance.

You will receive 10 hours per month of sick and annual leave for the first five years. After five years, you will receive 10 hours of sick and 12 hours of annual. If you are a non-exempt employee (only required to work 40 hours per week) you will receive time and a half in comp time. This time can be used as annual. The health benefits package is great. The premiums have gone up each year, but the coverage is great!
