    Gymboree offers good healthy insurance, decent 401k match, and decent vacation and sick days. There are also a few Friday half day off in the summer.

    You don't get holiday pay, you either bank 8 hours of FTO or you take an extra day off and use 8 hours of holiday pay, which is your normal rate of pay.
