I would not know what the best thing about the benefits package is because I did not have benefits. The worst thing about the benefits is that they did not offer any.
PTO-nice increase of daysoff to yrs employed but process of approval for requested time off is inadequate- easily screwed out of planned/paid-for vacations
If you have kids, you get a few free classes other than that there were none. No benefits, not time off, no health insurance, Nothing!
The only benefits were Employee DIscount-- 20% off any merchandise-- and free classes for children of employees.
The schedule is really flexible, especially if you have things to do outside of work. You can get discounts on Play and Music classes as well as 25% off at the clothing store. You can opt to find a healthcare plan through the marketplace if you choose, but not outwardly offered.
If you love kids and love singing this is great for you as a PT job

Although Insurance was offered through the company, it was not worth getting it because paying for it was nearly half my income. It is not possible to have insurance while working here fulltime and afford to pay rent in Chicago. However, the employee discount on merchandise was a nice perk.
