Health benefits range from New York-average at worst to really great, depending on your choice. Average pto/time off package. Sabbatical program I haven't seen elsewhere, 2 weeks every 4 years.
Medical benefits are a joke. Only 1 high deductible plan offered. No guaranteed 401k matching. PTO is well below industry standard. Comp days not offered for weekend work/travel
Health Insurance is expensive and not good.
Awesome benefits no complaints what so ever. i enjoy the fact that i will have a security package when i retire in 4 years.
Too little sick time off offered. Vacation time off is below average
Best: If you can negotiate early Worse: If you try to renegotiate it won't work.
The 401 K match is barely a match. It's a very low percentage
