Great benefits package all around
Wonderful benefits, but you must be diligent in taking the time to learn about them and find the access to them.
There wasn't a question about getting the package, everything was offered and easy to access or learn about.
Generous paid sick, vacation and personal days. Extra time off at Christmas.
Zero office perks. At one point we got milk for our coffee but even that disappeared. We used to get a pretty sweet gym discount but that’s gone come June once everyone has moved to the new building. The gym in there doesn’t even allow everyone in the company to join space-wise, plus it’s not open on weekends...what’s the point but to take our money? Health insurance is okay, the deductible is huuuuuge. All my doctors always make comments about it. TL;DR - they’re fine.
Great benefits-lots of time off and good medical
4 weeks vacation is HUGE! $50 gym membership with a first class fitness club is bar none.
Employees start with 4 weeks vacation, and 401k match up to 6.5%
Great medical, dental, 401k - there were a lot of personal benefits such as discounts on products as well.
Work from home is a great benefit, but is department specific.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
