There is nothing wromg with the benefit package at this company i would recommend them to anyone
The health benefits is quite comprehensive, though not matching some of the start-up companies that offer the fully paid benefits.
benefits are good. Medical insurance and 401 K contribution is really good
If you join from other company they are ready to pay but they do not do hike for their current employee who are working for them for along time.
Very fair medical + vision coverage considering the current options in the marketplace. PTO options are also fair with 2 weeks immediately available upon hire

Joined HCL as a result of an acquisition. Benefits are, in almost every way, worse than the exiting previous owner. Less paid time off, UHC instead of Kaiser, lower employer-matching 401K percentage, dramatically less paternity leave.
