    it accrues pretty slowly, you'll have to work at least a year before you accrue enough to actually be able to take some time off. Hard to plan ahead too, as you're only able to request time off 2 months prior to when you plan to take time off.

    10 days per annum Vacation & PTO. This could have been better. Paternity Leave is also only 5 days.

    As a vendor company, you have to PAY for benefits. I was only able to get one week a year.

    10 days allotted, could get additional days if you worked holidays.

    It is good to have vacation time off but one thing that could be better is that after increments of years of service the vacation time should increase. I.E. After each 5 years increase of at least 1 week.
