better health insurance in company
Salary is low compared to peers. Not much perks to choose from . Paid Holidays and relocation allowance is ok.
Employee on-boarded from USA receive market comparative benefits including medical, dental and 401K.
they match our 401 k and they have very good health plan.
The benefits package was through a major Health Care Organization and the employee had a choice of 3 levels of plans (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Dental and Vision plans were also available.
VSP (Vision) is a great benefit.
No bonuses were offered and no salary hikes which is demotivating.Good part was salary paid even on bench.
Not great. Health Insurance is not good.
You get no holiday pay and no overtime. If you happen to stay later after your shift servicing a customer don't expect to be paid overtime. 2 days in a row I stayed 30 minutes each day servicing a customer (1hour total). I submitted the time as overtime and was rejected by my "lead". After 6 month you are offered 401k and health benefits. I wasnt there long enough but im sure whatever these benefits are they are crumbs India throughs at you.
2weeks PTO and terrible insurance
