Low participation. Low match. annual match only which limits your investments and choices. The yearly match plan allows them to clear their employee rosters prior to paying out matches.
the pricing is the best
The 401K is great if you have anything extra to contribute to it. I didn't make enough to contribute to the 401K so it was of no value.
I do not plan on staying with the company so I am not invested in this plan. I do not think the 401K plan has benefits if one leaves before a year employment which I plan on doing.
No match on 401k plans
Bonuses were better, I did not participate. After 90k the company put us into a special senior manager savings program.
