Benefits at HD are decent. High deductible plans with HSA accounts. I would say the benefits are about average as compared to other companies I’ve worked for.
The benefits are good. I enjoyed the bonuses we revcieved based on the sales. Our raises were based on performance
Insurance is too high and in order to benefit from insurance discounts its based off your weight and BMI.
Unless you're a manager or higher, bonuses are almost nonexistent. After my first full year I received a bonus of $700 after a stellar performance review - after taxes this was barely $300.

Health Insurance is a joke. 401k goes by employee, company does not contribute.
Yearly bonus is almost offensive. Healthcare OOP is over 6k for 1 person. Deductible for one person isn't bad. 401k matching is sub-par. Great employee gym at HQ.
Not great benefits, health insurance is not comprehensive and is expensive for what you get. 401k only matches $.25 of a dollar up until 6% (l guess could be worse). They have employee stock options which is a good thing....
