The tuition requirement program is pretty solid and they offer a degree program 100% paid by them if you choose an online university program they have negotiated with.
Solid benefits package for a company there size. however if you have a large family your monthly cost will be high.
consistent with benefits in industrial distribution
We have a great leave policy.
Benefits at HD are decent. High deductible plans with HSA accounts. I would say the benefits are about average as compared to other companies I’ve worked for.
The benefits are good. I enjoyed the bonuses we revcieved based on the sales. Our raises were based on performance
Benefits non existent. Way overpriced for coverage included. Better off with no insurance at all. Company constantly looking to cut corners. Look at amount of job openings. It’s not by accident
Insurance is too high and in order to benefit from insurance discounts its based off your weight and BMI.
