Very comprehensive package at a reasonable cost. Lots if wellness benefits for free. Migration to high deductible plans is typical in industry. The traditional plan is also offered for more employee contribution. No hearing benefit. All other parts are great.

Insurance was great until we were forced to take high deductible insurance. Became extremely hard to pay the first 5k of deductible.

The benefits were below average fo the area. The cost was not too high but high deductibles and not vey good coverage for standard procedures.

The 401k package is average. Decent matching and immediate vesting. The medical plan is more expensive than getting insurance independently, however they add free money to an HSA plan. Vacation is non-negotiable and is seniority based.
