No sick time, so everything comes out of your PTO. HEBS is behind the competition on vacation time, and you don't get black Friday or Christmas Eve off. The snacks are mostly carbs, so not much fresh fruit or vegetables. Hours aren't that flexible, and working from home is discouraged. The performance bonus isn't really a bonus and is just a way to lower your base salary for benefits like retirement and PTO payout. Health insurance only covers one person and you have to pay for additional people out of pocket. The copay for specialist care is 40 dollars a visit and doesn't cover out of network, which is bad for therapy coverage.
