    very high deductible. If you are young and healthy it is fine (as long as you are not pregnant ...).

    As I was there, the level of offerings at a given price to employees diminished, with PPO option being a high-deductible program with an HSA, and the company contributed $500 to the HSA

    Since the only options for health insurance coverage are all high deductible low cost plans, it's great for healthy young single employees, not so great for older families.
