Once you’re there for 6 months, you have a merit review and that’s when you get to be accessible to paid time off and job opportunities.
The healthcare benefits are average. The ESPP plan only has a 5% discount.
As an intern our benefits package was limited. we had very little compensation. No 401k options. No Stock options. No health benefits package. No Military leave. No Legal assistance.
Great package! The worst part is, You have to leave it at some time...If I had nothing good to say about my time there(and I do), I would still have to say that they take care of their employees with benefits.
