Great package! The worst part is, You have to leave it at some time...If I had nothing good to say about my time there(and I do), I would still have to say that they take care of their employees with benefits.
Once you’re there for 6 months, you have a merit review and that’s when you get to be accessible to paid time off and job opportunities.
The healthcare benefits are average. The ESPP plan only has a 5% discount.
As an intern our benefits package was limited. we had very little compensation. No 401k options. No Stock options. No health benefits package. No Military leave. No Legal assistance.
Good market competative 401K, health, dental, vison, vacation plan
medical, very high deductible. Was much better when it was not part of WD
Excellent PPO + HSA plan; Dental PPO (through Delta Dental) was good.
No official accrued vacation for salaried workers - it is now just something that you "work out with your manager." 401K match is fairly low (up to 1.5%, if you contribute at least 6%)
Good insurance, timely bonus reviews
Response time is not very prompt.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
