Very expensive, only covers in-network doctors (even if you are overseas), many things not covered. There are also billing issues. They said I could save $50 off my premiums for 2018 in I got my physical and blood tests. I did it. Then they refused to pay for the bloodwork leaving me with a $350 bill. Co-pays are very high, though certain prescriptions (maintenance ones like for high blood pressure) are zero copay.

Could be better or cheaper. In one year the copays doubled.

PPO or High deductible plans are plain awful. Huge payments for normal office visits and simple procedures. For example, mole removal at dermatologist office was $350 out of pocket for me. Similar stories from other employees.

Certain amount is deducted from the paycheck for the insurance, its a decent insurance but compared to other companies its on the lower side.
