Benefits package is average. The premiums and deductibles for the health insurance is a little bit high.
Definitely not the benefits package you are looking for if you have a family. The health Insurance is very expensive and doesn't cover as much as it should for the money paid.
For a healthcare services company health insurance is mediocre at best. Very expensive with minimal offerings.
Paid Time off and 401K programs were decent;
HMS provided a very full benefits package: Medical, Dental, 401k, Supplemental (Aflac & Disability options), Life Insurance, Flexible time for some employees, paid-time off, Volunteer opportunities, Community Activism
As an intern, wasn't afforded very many benefits (obviously). Not even sure of what my benefits were, but thats my fault not theirs.
Mainly health benefits and 401k
Good medical options after 30 days quarterly bonus opportunity 401k matches up to 5 percent PTO accrues every month.
The insurance is good, they provide an HSA and provide up to $1000 annually for a family.
The company has a competitive benefit package, discounts on travel, movies, etc. Disappointed there was no holiday or end of year bonus.
