Ok but you'll be overworked and struggling to take days off
there is a 2-day "wait period" before you can use your paid time off for sick leave.
Once you’ve been there quite a few years you earn decent vacation time
No sick time so have to use vacation time which is sparse for the first couple of years. After about three years the accrual rate for time off increases but still no sick time.
Here's a tip: you can negotiate more vacation time from most supervisors. The key is being reasonable. Ask for a few more days off a year.
