Best thing is that the insurance you get gives you access to great doctors. The con is that it is expensive. I would like to see the employer pick up more of the cost. We have been very profitable in the past few years, I'd like to see some of that passed on to employees in the form of more affordable health insurance. A pure co-pay option would be preferred.

I never used my benefits, it was money wasted paying for the insurance that was never used. The only benefit I was going t use was VSP for new glasses, but the benefit is so low it's hardly worth it.. It only covers 120.00 for frames and lenses and then a basic eye exam You're leave time accrual is also very low. Maybe a half hour of PTO is earned every pay period along with a very small amount of sick time. HNTB should be giving it's employees much better PTO time to really create a work/life balance.

Insurance is not the best. Much better elsewhere.

Best: HSA account, match 60% of the first 4000$ company stock Worst: only match up to 960$ for 401K

Benefit package is costly with healthcare premiums increasing significantly year-over-year. Great PTO and flexibility. Paid overtime is fantastic.

401k matching; ESOP and other options; great medical benefits; 401k matching is not a reality unless you want to stay working in an insufferable workplace for minimum of 3 years

The health insurance was horrible. High deductible and high co-payments. Stock options was the best part you become owner of the company.
