Positive benefit package for employees
Nice ESOP benefits that grow much faster than the 401k plan. Charles Schwab funds management included. Decent health benefits with choices between traditional options with flex spending account or newer option with Health Savings Account. 3 weeks PTO which increases to 4 weeks after 9 years of service. Increases again after 25 years. Fair coverage for eye, life, STD and dental. You must use STD benefits and PTO for maternity leave.
The competition package does not match
Low co-pay with in-network Tier 1 medical providers.
Good benefit package; company offers an ESOP program, but unless you've been there a very long time, I wouldn't count on it being enough to retire with.
Insurance plan is ok PTO could be better

No paid time off for part-time employees.
Solid health insurance, although they are pushing everyone toward an HSA-style plan with higher deductibles. Great retirement investment options through Schwab, although match is only available for ESOP.
