Health insurance is about average compared to other jobs I've held. You will pay a little less than $100 per month for employee only coverage. When you add spouse/children it jumps significantly. 401k contribution at the end of each year is discretionary. They do not do a match, instead, based on how profitable the year was they will make a discretionary contribution. It ends up working out the same way a typical match would. Full time employees receive 21 days of PTO. It increases to 26 after 8 years or with title of Manager and above.
