The best 401 K; medical benefits are expensive
HP self insures, but has different companies such as Cigna and United Healthcare operate the insurance. As with many companies, HP has stabilized their contributions so most of the healthcare raises have been allocated to the employee. That being said, after looking for insurance at my wife's employment and on the market after being laid off, the HP cost was the most reasonable rate I could find.
Easy to use if you pick one that works locally. Reimbursement is automatic if you use it.
