Comprehensive benefits but very expensive
Typical large corporate benefits. It's not outstanding the company offers a fair amount. Pro: Health Insurance. Paid Parental Leave. (4 weeks for mom and dad) Average: 401K (4%) Cons: Lack of stock options.
Benefits have been decreasing in quality over the last decade. Stock purchase plan is pretty much pointless (no discount). Health care plan was dialed back last year. 401k match is now down to some fraction of a percent. Employee discount is a joke - we usually get offered stuff that's refurbished or flopped, and you can easily beat the discount price by just searching online. They waste massive amounts of money everywhere you turn, and then cut corners on benefits (among other things) to make up for it.
Health plans are very flexible! Got 6 weeks of full paid prenatal, and 20 days of New Parent leave! Great benefits!
