    pay sucks but you got TONS of vacation days. HP offered Paternity leave which was unexpected.

    Health insurance benefits are not that great. Very expensive and the RX coverage is terrible, had a difficult time getting the provider to cover even generic drugs.

    Pretty good overall, I don't like how you are not allotted any sick days at all. I know of an employee that was sick a week and had to take unpaid time off as a professional with a graduate degree that was kind of alarming. But they said he could have taken vacation pay I guess if he had any. It would like to see them give actual sick days.

    Comprehensive coverage options. Providers can change a lot due to aggressive cost negotiations. Prices you end up paying still go up steeply.
