Very limited ability to carry over time
Start with 15 days (it increases longer you work) + you get two days of personal holiday. Paid sick days are unlimited.
About average. Two weeks a year at first, getting additional weeks as you pass some threshold (don't recall exactly). My experience was that they were very flexible with personal time off (flex time), working from home, working different hours, etc. But I think that's more to do with the manager you end up working for rather than company policy.
Three weeks after 15 years
2 weeks to start, 3 week at 10 years
Very flexible as long as you don't take in the last two weeks of the quarter.
3 weeks paid vacation after first year, plus 6 days of PTO time per year. 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 20 years.
Only change would be no carry over, but overall lots of time off and great benefits
