Only get 3 weeks then +1 day for every year after 5 up until 5 weeks. Most other employers give 3 weeks +1 week every 5 years. Also you lose it at the end of the year...many people do not have the time to take their vacation and lose it.

Unlimited sick days are nice, but the amount of total vacation days is probably only average compared to other firms.
