3 weeks vacation+6 PTO(sick) days to start. After 5 years you get an additonal day of vacation every year until you have 5 weeks
Roughly 3 weeks off per year, not including sick days.
TONS of vacation days. 4 weeks vacation was amazing!
No extended sabbaticals after 5 years employment.
There are other companies in the area that offer more time off.
Only get 3 weeks then +1 day for every year after 5 up until 5 weeks. Most other employers give 3 weeks +1 week every 5 years. Also you lose it at the end of the year...many people do not have the time to take their vacation and lose it.
Lots of vacation right away
Have to use PTO for company closure between christmas and new years. vacation days are not paid out and cannot be rolled from year to year
Unlimited sick days are nice, but the amount of total vacation days is probably only average compared to other firms.
Very limited ability to carry over time
