Vacation is somewhat standard compared to most
For new employees under 5 years, it is 15 vacation days, 6 days PTO, and 2 company designated floating holidays + all Federal holidays per year. Also includes variety of maternal/paternal, jury duty etc days as applicable
Has always been more than enough
Decent vacation time, but pretty noncompetitive with the unlimited offering across the industry.
New employees start off with 3 weeks vacation, and it starts to accrue immediately upon hire date. Don't have to wait until you've work here for a year before you can take paid time off.
3 weeks standard for Vacation and as an added benefit 2 weeks of unscheduled paid time off for illness or other emergency issues life brings up. Plus you can buy an extra week of vacation that is refunded if you don't use it.
Once you have worked for 5 years the vacation starts to build up and can go up to 7 weeks.
