Once you have worked for 5 years the vacation starts to build up and can go up to 7 weeks.

Very flexible with how you use it

it starts with two weeks and then every year you add up 1..

3 weeks vacation+6 PTO(sick) days to start. After 5 years you get an additonal day of vacation every year until you have 5 weeks

Roughly 3 weeks off per year, not including sick days.

No extended sabbaticals after 5 years employment.

There are other companies in the area that offer more time off.

Only get 3 weeks then +1 day for every year after 5 up until 5 weeks. Most other employers give 3 weeks +1 week every 5 years. Also you lose it at the end of the year...many people do not have the time to take their vacation and lose it.
