HSBC is a good in paying new joiners, if you are long timer in HSBC then your pay may not be at par with the new joiners on the same post.
Basic pay is less than other banks.
The best thing is if you perform well then it will be a great company for you. You will get good hike and bonus too.
Overall good amount of leaves, benefits, work from home and timings flexibility. Insurance has 10% co payment, cabs have only nodal point pickups, okish and paid meals.
Lunch, phone, laptop, travel Nothing great it is an average unethical organization
good salary for the internship also and for the full time job that makes life easy and good environmen to work.
best thing is bonus, exposure to global teams. Cons are heavy layer of middle management who monitor you every second.
Hsbc pune IT is the worst company to work in. People are working here from more than 10 years and wanted to be treated as king , we as software engineer work 12 hours n they say you can't take holidays. Timeline of work is always short that we even spend weekends working. No benefits , waste of time and mental pressure. Contractors life is hell here. Haven't seen such a low standard company who can't even train managers to manage people under them.
Good leave entitlements, along with one mandatory Core leave per year (of 2 weeks). Relocation benefits are good.
Good if you perform. very transparent process
