Employee discounts, health, dental and Vision insurance. 401 k. Great benefit packages.
Satisfactory benefits package. Good healthcare options, flexible PTO and Holidays, and volunteer opportunities.
HSN Offers a range of benefits to accommodate our needs. My husband works for the county and our benefits through HSN were about the same, maybe a little better, and slightly cheaper for one of the best plans. I had surgery last year and with a low deductible, the whole thing, including all the pre-stuff, and follow-up, was taken care of. The plan I chose is an HMO, but as long as we stay in-network, it's been great! I try to avoid HMOs because of the in-network restrictions, but all of my doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies take this plan so we didn't have an issue with it. I've been with HSN for quite some time and I've mostly been happy with their benefit options. They offer a 401k option and do match contributions to a specific percentage. I was very surprised by the amount of vacation/sick time we were given. It's based on an accrual system and it's usually not too hard to get the time off. They are flexible with schedules if you need to adjust your schedule, rather than using paid time off. Working onsite offers a 24-hour cafeteria, a mini library, a computer lab, and a medical area where they offer, on top of in-house care, skin cancer screenings, blood pressure checks, and they administer vaccines, just to name a few of the options. You can still sign up for some of these if you work offsite, but it's not as convenient.
Great set of benefits packages to choose from to meet individual or family needs. The HSA option is fantastic with the company contributing along with the employee.
