Good company perks and website, bonus (Taxed) reward money for employees (can be given by anyone), average benefits and health insurance.
Dental, medical, life, 401k, stocks
Insurance cost too high. Did not pay for it. Uniforms provided. Pay was low then recieved a raise. This correct the situation a little. Trying to get replacement unimform items was a hassle. Training above the site level was useless.
Poor benefits that are almost impossible to afford as they don't pay us enough. Plus all benefits for employees in 20 plus states are handled by 1 person that never calls back or responds.
There is an . HSS perks website where you can purchase things for a discount from various vendors. Their medical benefits are less than ideal.
The worst things that they don't stand behind there employees when issues arise. The customer is always right or the contract company is always right.
