They have the full benefits package that has become standard in most jobs. 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.
I enjoy the Perks at work benefits. You can save A lot of money on everyday needs and wants.
Tons of discounts for travel, gifts, etc. Vision and dental packages at reasonable prices.
The only thing good about working for them is that you got to meant new people and help customers out
Decent health insurance. I personally use the vision plan to get a good pair of glasses.
Very mediocre benefits package. Bare minimum, better than nothing but a close second. More PTO for both part-time/ full-time employees. Full-time employees are the only to get a measly 40 hrs PTO. If you drop down from full to part time you will loose everything. Watch your pay they are sneaky.
Company has good benefits. No complaints
full-time employees get health insurance, all employees can contribute to 401K. All employees get reduced prices on computers, etc.
Perks were introduced about two or three months ago so I have not gotten to use. Medical takes a while to roll in. 401k is available with spending for stocks etc. Dental and medical inexpensive.
Less than average.... certainly not enough incentive to stay.
