Low accurement of days off. Worked many days off because of lack of manning.
While you accrue it, its almost never accurately given to you, hard to use and no actual sick time. Its a joke
PTO doesn't start until you have been a permanent employee for a full 12 month period. The issue here is that they only begin hiring people as 'flex' agents, meaning that until they fill out an internal application and get hired as PERMANENT and not flex, they have no access to PTO, and when they do get that permanent spot, it is a full year from that start date until PTO even starts accruing.
Not available to part time employees.
Average plan, not much to say
HSS offers 10 days off/year, but does not offer sick days. This increases after you've been an employee for a set time.
