Summer Fridays, 401k Package, and group work out sessions with a personal trainer
Health plan is below average, high deductible. No 401k match. Profit sharing (very minimal) only goes into effect at 2 years of service. PTO is average. Summer Fridays are nice but not guaranteed. Used to have more perks but have been scaled back significantly in recent years. Don’t fall for the “DC office.” The headquarters is in Rockville, and there is a shared coworking space in DC that isn’t even really used.
The "perks" are a joke and the benefits are null and void otherwise. The healthcare package has a MASSIVE deductible.
Health insurance, PTO, 401k, bootcamp, free beer, and more.
Best thing: lots of benefits available once you have a few years under your belt. Worst thing: benefits may change (like healthcare plan), and you have to keep yourself up to speed.
Their benefits are on par with other agencies that are the same size. Employees are able to work from home or at their Canvas office.
HZ offers the standard health, dental and vision insurance, as well as 401K options. Summer Friday's are pretty great too! A half day off every other Friday? Yes please! Also nice that they have a free boot camp two days a week, and yoga classes.
No perks at all. Health Care coverage is below industry standard. Negotiating PTO is terrible and HR is non existent. The 401k plan does not match until you've been full time for more then 2yrs then the percentage is low. Be sure you negotiate as best as you can. HR is one person that dose not actually practice the job title so On-boarding for new employees is trial by fire.
The best thing about the benefits was the health debit card for medical expenses.
the only thing I can say is mediocre at best.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
