Free lunch once a month, monthly bonus (if sales goals are hit), start off with 2 weeks vacation. No sick days, health care co-pays are high, 401K match is small.
Best benefit by far is the monthly performance bonus! It can easily equal a week or more of pay.

Company's retirement fund is very well managed and they choose great plans to invest in. Even in economic downturns, my account loses very little, or even gains some.
The company offers profit sharing in cash monthly, they also contribute to your 401K without having to contribute yourself. Medical is excellent. And paid time off is very flexible.
