Best benefit package of nonprofit: Excellent benefits: EA, Heathcare, PV, skill training, travel to increase program knowledge. Worst: can't think of anything lacking.

Best part of the benefits package was short term mission leave time for me since I used my husband's medical and dental insurance.

Offer health and dental with employer covering 50% of premium. No benefits offered to part-time if less than 35 hours per week. No life insurance offered, and other insurances including disability offered thru Aflac. Most employees receive 15-20 days paid vacation if full-time and 10 days Holiday pay (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, Labor Day Memorial Day, July 4th, MLK Day). No insurance or paid days off offered to part-time. All employees get 20% discount from retail thrift store.

Vacation time was good, pay was mediocre, and no health/dental/vision options.
