Best benefit package of nonprofit: Excellent benefits: EA, Heathcare, PV, skill training, travel to increase program knowledge. Worst: can't think of anything lacking.
Great PTO, avg Health Care. Not much else
There are none. No health, vision or dental.
Vacations and Holidays, nothing outside of that.
health, 401k, vacation, sick time and perks like free lunches, events we were invited to and home dedications. Working in Habitat for Humanity is the very best.
Best part of the benefits package was short term mission leave time for me since I used my husband's medical and dental insurance.
Offer health and dental with employer covering 50% of premium. No benefits offered to part-time if less than 35 hours per week. No life insurance offered, and other insurances including disability offered thru Aflac. No insurance or paid days off offered to part-time. All employees get 20% discount from retail thrift store.
pretty good heath insurance and a 401k is offered!
Flex Spending Account available to those who wish to opt in. High co-pays with insurance on some prescriptions.
Vacation time was good, pay was mediocre, and no health/dental/vision options.
