Vacation and sick time are lumped together and is not very generous nor competitive in the market place. You receive only 2 weeks (pro-rated) in your first year and 3 weeks starting your second year. After 5 years you only receive an extra 2 days.
Price is fair and offer wellness discounts
Ability to extend coverage of health, life, disability insurances beyond employment was the most generous I've seen.
Insurance is good for a decent price, more CAL time then I have ever had anywhere else, 401K match up to around 5%
free and unlimited coffee, 401k, vendors come in for lunch each day, free popcorn/soda
Very good 401k. There's a 2% addition to your 401k after 1 year
Medical was good, vacation & paid time off was good
The benefits package is good. No complaints.
Good 401k match, good vacation time if you can save it (accrual starts at beginning of year). Working from home is great for a Sales Manager.
There is a pretty broad benefits package that covers a lot of different needs. Because of the Danaher connection, the company is pretty decent when it comes to benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
