“in Hackensack medical university center, the health benefit is getting worse year by year”
“Maternity leave pay could be better.”
“I started with 216 hours of PTO time, 8 years later I’m down to 180 hours, while being a full time employee the entire time.”
The insurance benefits are actually great. They offer different coverage options based on what the level of insurance you are looking to purchase.
Health benefit was not competitive
Great benefits and great employee discounts
Every year PTO time is taken away from employees and benefits are more expensive.
The vision insurance was good. I am not too familiar with the other insurance options. Plenty of PTO offered.
They offer retirement with match that they’ll be increasing. Education reimbursement (up to 4,000 for undergrad or 5,000ish for grad school), medical is decent coverage so long as you see a physician from the hospital network.
They are just ok. Could be better.
no benefits available for contract employees
Education reimbursement is great and health benefits are better than most places.
Great pricing for benefits
