    Best thing would be the full benefits along with the 401k and the worst thing is that is takes a little while to kick in.

    Paid Time Off is very generous. Health insurance is a little expensive but its nice to have for my family. It's nice that Hair Club offers a wide range of benefits.

    Quarterly bonus structure, full health benefits for all full time employees, transit commuter benefits (AWESOME), vision, great 401k program (also provided for all full time employees), great vacation/PTO package even in your 1st year

    Health insurance is Aetna, pretty decent. We've got a 401k plan, disability plans, flex pay, and PTO accrues quickly. Overtime isn't paid at time and a half. If you work extra hours you still only get your regular hourly wage which is really irritating.

    Thank you for your feedback. If you work overtime, you are compensated at time and a half. You are paid for ALL hours worked at one times, there is no cap so if you worked 42 hours in a week you... More
