Excellent package. Better than average Paid Time Off, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, affordable medical.

Hair Club's best benefit is their paid time off (PTO). I have worked here for 10 years, and I now have a full 6 weeks of paid vacation! I LOVE IT!!! In addition, all employees get free hair loss solutions free of charge, and 4 free styling products every month!

The best thing about the benefits is the PTO. Happy that even in the first year there is opportunity for time off to have a good work-life balance. There is decent health coverage that isn't too pricey for a family to utilize. Nice that they offer 401k option to save - doesn't match for a while though.

All perks are amazing. My husband and three years old daughter have Health Insurance, dental, and vision. 401 K has many choices to invest. Very organized company.
