You earn it extremely slowly. After 8 months I on my had half a day.
you can take vacations, but unless you have PTO you do not get paid
Paid Time Off is accrued according to how many hours you work and how many years you are employed.
I loved not being worried about missing a day for being sick
Based on your productivity and rate of production.
If you are able to save enough hours to go on a vacation then the next hurdle is covering your shifts. Its not easy taking time off around holidays wether you work them or not you are unable to claim PTO during "black out periods" which is nonsense. Its hard to earn enough paid time off for a day let alone covering your shift and then not being able to use your paid time when you want it. Needs improvements
They offer PTO but it takes a long time to accumulate, it's very hard to take vacations because finding people to cover weekend shifts is hard
Leaders are expected to work 40 hour holiday weeks. No holiday pay. No sick days. Vacation and Paid time off accrues at a fair rate.
It is great to get paid time off-almost unheard off in this business!
The pto system is flawed honestly it sucks for the part-time employees and for the full time ones it hard for us to take off I'm full time been with the company for almost 3 years and I haven't had a vacation yet not because I don't have the pto but because leadership gives me a hard time when I try to take off
